Hi Jan, HELP HERO9 water condensation I’ve been following you since I’ve been offered a Hero9 by the way congratulations on your incredibly knowledgeable videos regarding GoPro and KZbin amazing, I will be taking your course soon, so I got my Hero9 by Christmas and really never used it properly in the water, the only one video I’ve used it was in the snow, but never took the battery out while shooting in the snow.(this was in December2020) I didn’t really used it most of January...now, 2 weeks ago while shooting a shot in a forest I’ve started the shot with the camera inside water on a mini stream (slightly cold as was early morning) maybe 12*C , and as soon I’ve pulled the camera out and filmed against the sun, I’ve noticed condensation “foggy” on the small front screen building up to the camera lens, straight away I thought the battery cover was not properly closed, but was all ok, than I took the battery out to check for water or any sort of damage, again nothing, looked to be all ok, than I thought, I’m gonna remove the battery,SD card lens and put it over night in a container with sílica gel bags (the anti humidity bags that usually come in shoe boxes) and as the outside weather turned bad for shooting ”rain storm” I’ve kept it in the box for 3 days, I was hoping all was sorted until yesterday I’ve done a shot catching a sea wave and the same happened, what is your thoughts? And another question if I present it to a GoPro official store would they swap the camera or send it back to review damage? Did this ever happened to you? I’m thinking to make a video on it, using a mirror so I record this happening looks like if my Hero9 is exposed to water cooler than 15*C than exposed to direct warm sun light this happens... what should I do? Thank you in advance

Hmm... Always filming in 'superview' ( ...and correcting it later) - doesn't this diminish video quality? It's quite an intressting topic, because as i saw, hypersmooth seams to work better in 'wide/superview' when compared to 'linear' mode (selfie stick). The linear seams to choppy at times. Great videos you have there btw ;-)

Warum nicht 25 oder 50 frames? Hastdu schonmal in Europa ein Video aufgenommen? Bei 30 oder 60 frames flackert jedes licht die ganze zeit. Darum lieber 25 oder 50 frames👌🏻

For vlogging, I always use 24fps, never 30, I don't find a use for it, it's either 24 as in the movies, or 60/120/240fps for slow mo.
@Gemini_Connect4 жыл бұрын
If you shoot in 30fps but edit the video in 24fps, you can slow down the footage a bit. Not as much as 60fps, but a little is better than nothing.
