I cannot get mine to update. I pair it, it connects to the camera’s wifi, I click continue etc and it tells me the battery doesn’t have enough charge and there’s no SD card… The battery is fully charged and the SD card is a standard Sandisk extreme plus 128gb. Any help?

GoPro FIX YOUR WEBSITE! can't buy the Hero 10 because an error at checking out. Help support does not know what the problem is and always assumes it's something on my end. I've looked on your community forums and reddit, many people have the same issue and there is no clear solution. Using different browsers, different payment methods or going incognito does not work. Waiting a few days before trying to buy due to payment being locked because too many attempts does not work. The last two things the help support told me was, 1. check with your bank but, then why am i able to buy the go pro 1yr subscription?? 2. There's nothing else they can do.

I agree with you, Jaco. Lots of voiceover artists out there who could do the job. If you're reading, you're not seeing everything the video is showing you. Not doubling up on the teaching opportunities by using visual AND auditory means is a missed opportunity.

NO HELP AT ALL. NOT EVEN THE BASIC STEPS ARE SHOWN. FARCE. ESPECIALLY PATHETIC SINCE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT KNOW ABOUT THE CAMERA EITHER, EVEN FOR THE BASICS, STILL HOURS BEFORE THE FIRST PICTURE.
