I still remember when Gopro took the industry by storm, that is when the Gopro 4 was released and most stores started having large sections dedicated to Gopro accessories, and it was almost impossible not to be able to watch a video on KZbin that could only be made with a gopro.

I have owned two different GoPro's and neither of them worked great. Customer support was a joke. They made me pay for shipping for replacement camera's that never worked. Gopro camera's were about as reliable as a Cleveland Browns win. Yep. Its that bad. Convince me otherwise GoPro.

I bought a "hero 5 black" in 2017, and even today after years it still delivers a satisfactory image, one of them already fell from 15 meters over stones and resisted, I had a software update problem on the first unit and the warranty service was very attentive sent me another unit. Excellent product.

I'm with the bus since the first Gopro HD. Remember at that time, I went to my local ski resort. Everyone was looking at me and asking, what is that thing on my head? I jumped on board with the Hero 5 Black in 2016, I would always watch GoPro videos online for inspiration, on the limitless creativity with these cameras. In 2018 I jumped on board with the Hero 7 Black, that was the game changer for me, timewarp combined with hypersmooth stabilisation was insane! I was able to create videos I never thought were possible. Now I have 2021’s Hero 10 Black and the Max 360 camera, I’ve taken everything to new heights :) thanks GoPro for inspiring a generation!

Watching the video on GoPro's story brought back so many memories of when the company first became popular. I remember seeing all the amazing footage that people were capturing with their GoPros and it completely inspired me to get out and enjoy the great outdoors. Before GoPro, I had never really considered activities like skiing or exploring the mountains, but seeing all the incredible footage that people were capturing with their GoPros completely changed my mind. I ended up buying one for myself and it has completely transformed my life. I have been able to capture so many amazing memories and experiences and I am so grateful to GoPro for making it possible. Proud owner of two GoPro cameras, Hero 4 Session and Hero 6 Black since 2016. Thanks to your cameras I started one of my best adventures, creating my own KZbin channel, and coming closer to the world of videomaking. I've never been disappointed about the image quality coming from them. When someone ask me what camera should they buy to capture their adventures, I always direct them to a GoPro camera. Even the oldest models are still a good choice, although they are rare to find nowdays. Thanks GoPro for all the effort you put to create one of the best technological instruments of our time!

My Dad bought the Hero 3 for my brother, him and I for our first scuba trip we took shortly after getting certified. With it we captured a 4 foot sea turtle, sting rays, barracuda, and countless other fish and beautiful reefs. The memory of that trip is nice, but having first-hand video from the GoPro is just something else!

Apple barely changes anything from year to year and makes the price go higher and higher but GoPro here, makes every small tweak, every design change every everything as they release a new camera each year. I had the Hero 3 and loved it and upgraded to a new one. It’s an essential part of my camera tool kit. The inbuilt stabilization on GoPro keeps me hooked. When I want to travel light I take a GoPro instead of a gimbal and traditional camera. The stabilization is insane!!! Not to mention being able to jump in the water and shoot there too. It’s my most versatile camera , I legit never leave town without putting it in my bag.

Such a fan, despite we could never get them to sponsor us. We shot a News program that aired on O&O stations in NYC, NJ and Philadelphia . GoPro and Cell phones were our main camera from 2012 - 2020. Our news was so good and different and we used these cameras to make the news look different and engaging.

Like most great companies you've been driven by one man, Nick may not have got all the calls right, he may even have made some big mistakes along the journey but there's no doubt about it, GoPro were the innovators and have ended up focusing on what the company was born to do. Some might complain about the incremental upgrades over the past few years but not me, a mature GoPro with a developed polished product that does everything better than the competition is all I want and finally after 20 awesome years, I'd say you are just about there.
