I was so stoked when you came in physical 1st. And then they announced all the penalty’s and I was pissed. Next year you will put that CanAm on top. All the big boy 4400 cars better watch out!

no matter what it was epic watching you limp that thing in. Check Me Out was definitely where the race was lost, and it sucks that it happened under these circumstances but now the precedent is set - if Dave says you have to do a specific line (which he did) and you don't do it, you will not win the race. It'll be very interesting to see how GBR/Scherer/funhaver/etc all modify their plans for next year knowing how big of a penalty you got.

They did you dirty knocking you back to 8th man. Congrats on the physical 1st they can't steal that from you at least. You fought it hard to bring that in.

He cut the course, nothing dirty about it. It’s part of racing! It’s unfortunate but it is what it is!

@@kevdogmillionaire7323I wouldn't call what he did exactly cutting course. He missed a VCP that several others also missed as it was a spot that was very open for interpretation, if you had seen it in person. And then used one bypass on an obstacle that was off limits. I'm not saying he shouldn't have had a time penalty for his actions on course but I don't feel the punishment fit the crime, there were 10-20 mins of penalties not 52 mins. So yes they did him a bit dirty, IMO. But I know what it's like to get around this course sometimes you are talking lines that may or may not be within the bounds to pass stuck/disabled vehicles. If they went thru every single competitors run with a fine tooth comb they would find several discrepancies is all I'm saying .

To miss a whole trail is not doing him dirty. What was it? 52 minutes? He can win in a 4400 im sure but he finished how he should not completing the course. Great driver tho
