Well Sparking! is actually the original name for the Budokai Tenkaichi games in Japan. The first Budokai Tenkaichi is called Dragon Ball Z: Sparking!, Budokai Tenkaichi 2 is Sparking! Neo and Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is Sparking! Meteor.

I see what they did. They called it Dragon Ball Sparking Zero because you could take the first letter of "Dragon Ball Sparking" which gets you DBS and "Dragon Ball Zero" you get DBZ ... Very Clever.🤔
