@@msmaam2040 it's a bug from north America, black back with orange markings. When Gordan is sitting on the toilet and finds a bug he calls it a cockroach, but cockroaches have longer antenna and a brownish black, single colored or gradient colored back. We have box elder bugs in my hometown because they love old buildings and especially old brickwork or wood. They're much gentler, but definitely creepy looking if you aren't used to them. The name comes from the type of tree they typically live in, the boxelder tree. If you'd like to see a better picture than the shot in this episode I'd say Google it. They're actually quite cool looking in terms of color and pattern.

What amazes me about this episode, and I believe without any fear to be wrong, that this is the first Hotel Owner, that was actually willing to be helped, in which everything Gordon said the owner was like "Man, you're right, I thought I was doing fine, but I can totally change" this episode was so satisfying to watch.
