@gothia1715 Жыл бұрын
In most professions its normal to reach master level of skills at this age. Because there is the sweetspot between enough experience combined with youthfull reflexes and condition. Later on the always growing experience helps to offset the dwindling of youth. But yeah, Marco was incredible for his age. He already was a master chef long before this footage.

They spent years working for someone else who probably has their arse on the line. Just because you're being shouted at, called an idiot, doesn't mean that you're being bullied. That thought process is truly selfish. Do you know most restaurants generally cannot afford too many mistakes to be made in a night? A H.Chef isn't seeing, say, a few portions of wellington being messed up; they're seeing the potential profit from the night go in the bin. Restaurants are expensive to run. Most people have no idea; particularly young chefs. Most people are ignorant until a memorable incident. That said, in the chef world it was too brutal, it did need to soften up a bit. @@maxa1444 It's not that. Idk him personally but unless his fame has gotten to his head if anyone teaches him something he would be just as calm. It's the proper way to learn, also back then as people say he was treated pretty badly so he just became what we see in this video. After he got up on his own feet he just straight up got the courage to speak and to be respected.

Really, to me it looks like he is right in his element, not as loud as we used to see him, but he still focused. Didn't said a word and did the thing he was suppose to without asking, even Pierre asked if they did it twice, meaning Pierre was to focused on the Interview while Gordon was focused on the Ravioli. Trying no to screw up also applies to Pierre, to everyone infact.

When I was born, Gordon was honing his skills to become one of the best chefs/tv personalities I will probably ever see in my lifetime. This video is a testament to his greatness. He seemed to be extremely humble and very good at his profession already, as show in this video from the head chefs surprise that the pasta was already finished. I am extremely far from a master chef but part of the reason that I enjoy cooking today is due, in part, to the passion and dedication of Gordon Ramsay. If you are aspiring to be anything in life, I believe this short video has an important life lesson: Be Humble, be ready and willing to learn, and be passionate about whatever it is that you do or want to do.
