Based on his hit U.K. series of the same name, each distinctive and fast-paced hour will combine good food and good cooking with Ramsay’s passion, energy and humor into a one-of-a-kind LIVE series. THE F WORD is scheduled to premiere in 2017 on FOX.
On THE F WORD, foodie families from across the U.S. will battle it out in an intense, high-stakes cook-off. In addition to impressing Ramsay, each team must win over the hearts and taste buds of the diners, celebrities and VIP guests whom they’re serving.
Throughout each hour-long episode, cooking competition meets variety show as Ramsay chats with surprise guests and VIPs in the dining room, hosts live remotes with people from across the country, and appears weekly in unique field segments with fans, foodies and culinary experts.

We’ve learned that using thin cut chicken breast from the store works just as well as butterflying, as well as making the portions smaller. It’s always been a hit every time I’ve made it. I love this dish, and every time I go to make it I wish there was a written copy of the recipe so I could quickly scan it. I wrote one out for myself and thought I'd copy it here in case it helps someone out. Not perfect but gets the job done. Ingredients: Chicken breast (however many you want) Spaghetti Breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese Fresh mozzarella cheese Fresh parsley and basil Marinara sauce Salt, pepper, paprika Grapeseed oil and butter Flour Eggs Directions: Lay the chicken breast down and slice into the side of it. Stop slicing once you reach the edge so that you can open up the chicken breast. It should look like a butterflied chicken breast - twice the size, but half as thick. To get it nice and even, place parchment paper over and under the chicken and roll over it with a rolling pin. Now, it’s time for the coating for the chicken. Dunk the chicken in flour, then egg wash, and then a breading mixture of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and parmesan cheese. Be sure the chicken is fully covered in the breading mixture. Then, lay coated chicken on parchment paper and cover it with a piece of parchment paper. Now, roll over the chicken again. This will make the chicken extra crispy. Let sit for 10 minutes. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. No need to deep fry. Take a few TBSP of grapeseed oil and heat it up in a pan. Cook the chicken for 2.5 minutes. Once you have some color on the top of the chicken, add some butter to the pan, coax it under the chicken, and flip the chicken over for 2.5 more minutes. Place chicken on an oven-safe platter. Top the chicken with marinara sauce and slices of fresh mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven until the cheese starts to melt (suggesting 325ish degrees). Drain off pasta and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and marinara sauce. Optionally, you can add fresh basil. To serve, place marinara sauce first, top with chicken, and add a barrel roll of spaghetti on the side with marinara and fresh parmesan on top. Dish pairs well with sautéed broccoli or broccoli rabe.

Ok this is brilliant. I am an experienced Italian chef and I thought myself to be a master of chicken parm. The secret is to season your breadcrumbs properly and not overcook the chicken. I have never seen the step where he rolls the breading into the chicken. It produces a denser crust and fuses the crust to the chicken. Proof that there is always more to learn. Hats off to chef Ramsay.
