Every now and then I come back to this video and just start thinking. Just imagine being in his shoes as an amateur chef and someone who he regards as one of the best in the business as an idol. To receive such a compliment from someone like that is absolutely earth shattering. If you ask me this is probably the best feeling to ever have in one’s lifetime. I myself can’t imagine such a feeling but watching this I can understand why I tear a little is even though it’s not us the emotion comes to us as well.
