Its not all that hard to make. Follow literally any if the walkthroughs Ramsays put out over the years to the letter and youll have it. The big issue is getting the right steak. If you want a single serving youre going to want to find a super round filet. Easiest way is find a dedicated butcher and have them cut you a piece to your liking.
