I stopped eating meat, but as a child my family ate blood pudding and blood sausages and we are not even in the UK. People in the USA eat those as well in some locations

The 1st pic seems to be something Asian. That egg is salted egg, the "noodle like" thingy is beansprouts and the green veg is what we call here in SEA, Kang Kung.
