Looks like it was a cut scene, I'm guessing Kash was up on the couch then jumped down and left the cushion teetering. Then when Alonzo cut to the next part, Kash was out of the scene and the cushion fell making it look like the couch is haunted. Just a guess though.

To answer your question Alonzo, Orange was a fruit before it was a color. It didn't become the name of the color until 200 years after the 1300s. As the name of the fruit, its self was first recorded in the 1300s. And it's actually derived from the French word orenge. Which was derived from the Arabic word nāranj, which came from the Persian word nārang, which came from Sanskrit nāranga meaning Orange tree. I hope this helps. ^^
