Hey there, two of my fav people, eating some of my fav food... what more can you ask for? :-) I have to say, Given that was a Ramsey place, those prices were pretty good. I was expecting $50 when you first said what you were having. So given that it came with a drink and that awesome dessert I could run with that, though I would go for more of a fish (cod or similar) box. Made me really chuckle when Catherine is all dainty dips and bites and says in 2 seconds how it tastes, and then Derek goes all Cave man, dips so much the pot comes with him and then goes Hamster face leaving Catherine to watch and pull smiley faces until Derek can speak again..... sun a fun couple, two awesome people eating and sharing some of their day with us. Thats why I love this channel. Have a great weekend, and can''t wait to see where you both go next.

From most of his shows, he seems like the most arrogant SOB around. Then I saw how encouraging he was to kids on Master Chef Jr, and how pleased he was when the kids exceeded any expectation he might have had. I completely respect his ability, and philosophy, as a chef. He’s done the work, he knows what works and he earned his reputation. His name is on a lot of restaurants and he makes certain they are worth representing him. If that means being a hard-ass sumbitch, so be it. I’ve eaten at his Burgr restaurant at Planet Hollywood my last time in Vegas. To me, it was expensive but I was paying for the name and it was a true quality burger and fries.
