I've tried the Grab and Go this summer when I was travelling, honestly, it really is everything he said, and it was the best meal I ever had on plane, absolutely amazing. Wasn't expensive and wasn't cheap, somewhere in between, but definitely worth it!

If restaurants are cheaper, they're using lower quality products, or you're shopping on the wrong marketplace. And definitely don't eat on airports.
