The actors usually don't have this amount of makeup and masks though. Makeup for movies takes maybe 30-60 minutes, and then they film alot of scenes per day.

I do special effects. they probably used a very basic glue on Gordon's prosthetics otherwise he would not be able to rip them off haha. removal takes about half the time it takes to apply. many actors will actually stay in their prosthetics/makeup for days if they only have a limited amount of time for sleeping.

RandomSilly they normally make a prosthetic for alot of wounds, they make a tonne of them so they're all the exact same. another technique like if it's something small like a bruise or scratch is basically like temporary tattoos. make the design and apply it like a temporary tattoo, and you just have heaps of them all the exact same.
