The baggage that comes with being a "professional chef" appears to mean Gordon can no longer make anything in a normal way and always has to overcomplicate food to prove his credentials... It is infuriating when Gordon et. al think something as simple as a grilled cheese needs additional ingredients that do nothing but ruin it anyway. Just melt the bloody cheese on bread mate.
