its very tasty, very drinkable too, i drank a whole bottle when i was a kid visiting distant relatives. i thought it was some sort of juice from the colour only after i finished it was i told it was olive oil.

There unfiltered oils have a very different taste and appear cloudy but they also go bad quickly which is probably why you can't really find them in normal supermarkets.

Olives in! Really use that donkey to lightly crush the olives. This way they release the their flavour. Make sure to keep any of the brown sediment out of the dish. Amazing!
