Impressive scale of olive harvesting! Fascinating to see how it's all done to create quality olive oil.

Why do you put fake pictures in your introductory clip. The photo you have of the long truck and trailer looks like Coconuts on the trailer was nowhere in your video of how you produce your olive oil. I think it’s very misleading. And you’re only doing it to try to generate extra views for your income. I didn’t think you guys stoop this low like the other channels do

Could you give the name of the farm, or at least the country of the olive orchard, in the segment at 1:53?

Let's also consider the environmental impact of such large-scale harvesting. Sustainable methods are key.

Those new planted trees won't produce high quality oils before they are 10 years old

I was horrified to see this industrialization of olive oil production until I saw the last piece where it was being "bottled" in gallon sized clear plastic bottles. Clearly, this is the cheapest possible olive oil in the market. To begin with olive trees are not planted that close together. Secondly, there was absolutely no quality control. Expensive olive oil is hand selected, with the fruits left on the tree until they are ready. Once gathered, they are again hand selected. Skipping to the end of the process, light, especially sunlight degrades the quality of olive oil. That is why it is bottled in dark green glass bottles or tins. Only the cheap stuff is put in clear plastic.

Several mistakes were mentioned here. either obscure products( Crushed olives !!), or facts( such as claiming olive oil is heavier than water) which isn’t. I partially owned an olive oil Mill, And I am Mediterranean. Thanks anyways !

Stone mills and ancient pressing technique is definitely NOT used commercially today, especially not for big scale production. This is fake information - and he even puts it together with correct information. Lousy video.
