Most chefs who gain notoriety usually continue putting new spins on old recipe and ingredients, Gordon has sought out ways to reinvent cuisine and make it new and add new things to boring overplayed dishes. Another reason he has had so much success. But i’ll also say that his media empire is a huge part of his now net worth too.

When restaurant chefs who have everything on Kitchen Nightmares prepare shit food. Goes to the ragged streets of Vietnam, finds one woman who makes food and a sauce that blows Gordon's mind! When rougher countries have better cuisine and chefs than 9 out of 10 restaurants on Kitchen Nightmares.

I think Gordon is always pissed off by the shitty restaurants because he is familiar with the system and he knows the standards for this cuisine , but in Asia he just wanna learn something new, and that is not good idea bring different standards in these countries

I used to do that to chiken and ducks at my grandparents farm in Morocco every summer, the terrible smell get stuck to your skin and you have to immediately take a shower, in other hands preparing sheep can be physically demanding but you don't get a terrible smell afterwards.

Thats the problem myself and many others have: as much as love the animals, we also love eating them, cant stand seeing them killed, but love seeing them on our plate. Its such a terrible yes and no. If its super quick, fine. But still dont like to see it, but cant not have em to eat. oh woe is this bs!
