Lisa is a prime example of what happens when an owner actually listens to Gordon's advice. She deserves all the success she gets, glad for her. I'm still amazed how 95% of the owners request Gordon Ramsey's help but then decide to ignore his advice (even though he built over 30 successful restaurants).

I used to work as a cook, I currently work in a grocery store meat department. Last year, our entire meat department walked out and quit shortly after I started. Our management and corporate “leaders” still haven’t understood that that is unprecedented. Everyone gets paid under industry standard, extremely understaffed and they keep adding more stuff for us to do. They keep cutting hours and staff but expect us to be able to keep up with the ever growing amount of new things they want us to do. Everyone (staff and our customers) suffers from this, with the exception of our corporate management of course, they have to make those bonuses 🤦♂️ they make us pack out our cases with extreme amounts of product that no one wants and demands we keep it in the case past it’s expiration date and constantly threaten our jobs due to “shrink” (stuff we throw out or people steal) but they don’t understand that due to health codes, they’re breaking the law and potentially making people sick and/or killing people. The customer service industry is absolute trash in most cases. I wish Gordon would spread to grocery stores like he did with hotels lol. Maybe the industry would get better
