Lisa is a prime example of what happens when an owner actually listens to Gordon's advice. She deserves all the success she gets, glad for her. I'm still amazed how 95% of the owners request Gordon Ramsey's help but then decide to ignore his advice (even though he built over 30 successful restaurants).

One thing I like about gordon is that although he's always seen as a big angry british man, if you see him interact with kids, he's always very gentle. He only acts that was around adults, and *especially* adults running restaurants, is because they're supposed to be adults who know better. He honestly cares, and when he sees people who obviously don't, that's when he gets mad.

I used to work as a cook, I currently work in a grocery store meat department. Last year, our entire meat department walked out and quit shortly after I started. Our management and corporate “leaders” still haven’t understood that that is unprecedented. Everyone gets paid under industry standard, extremely understaffed and they keep adding more stuff for us to do. They keep cutting hours and staff but expect us to be able to keep up with the ever growing amount of new things they want us to do. Everyone (staff and our customers) suffers from this, with the exception of our corporate management of course, they have to make those bonuses 🤦‍♂️ they make us pack out our cases with extreme amounts of product that no one wants and demands we keep it in the case past it’s expiration date and constantly threaten our jobs due to “shrink” (stuff we throw out or people steal) but they don’t understand that due to health codes, they’re breaking the law and potentially making people sick and/or killing people. The customer service industry is absolute trash in most cases. I wish Gordon would spread to grocery stores like he did with hotels lol. Maybe the industry would get better

Happy seeing no dust on Gordon's finger when he tried checking the wall, it only means that cleaning is really their habit now. She's also very humble and full of gratitude and I love her for that. And that's why she deserve all the achievements and success she's having right now.. And my favorite part of all is when she gave Gordon a wine as a token of appreciation.... SO LOVE IT!!! 23:27 So surprised to see Gordon when she opens the door... so presumably it was her own camera team following her inside the house as she went to answer it?

Lisa was a great story. Not only did she get better as a business owner, but she really did seem like a new person when Gordon came back. Poise, beauty, and confidence instead of indifference and dismissiveness. Cici's glow up was... damn.

Always wondered what Ramsey would of said about the kitchen of a place where I worked at one point

Not too many people know that Ramsay is pretty much a martial arts expert. So, threatening him with violence definitely goes in one ear and out the other. LOL

@@pigggy2313 There weren't people who were aware of this, including shelters, soup kitchens, rescue missions, food banks, family, or even friends, who could have helped? He obviously had a cell phone, so it's incredible not one single person could or would have responded. Where did he live?

You have to love how she acted like it was all her own doing. "I was just determined," meanwhile Daddy co-signed for a loan. That's not exactly the same as it being given to you, but it's not exactly doing it on your own either.

But she was still able to open a successful chain, so even with a signed loan that is very impressive, not many people can keep a successful restaurant and turn it into a successful chain
