Petrozza is an excellent cook and a team player, the entire season the women's team was filled to the brim with a bunch of stuck up bitches who only looked out for themselves, and only decided to play the "nice guy" role when Gordon was fucking yelling at em to help out their team mate. Not one of em understood that in order to have a good system, they needed to communicate and help each other out when need. They understood that at the end of the season sadly.

@@richhobo1216 he's right though. Even in modern restaurants, we don't usually serve red meat with risotto because they don't really complement each other. Both risotto and steak are very hearty dishes and when you put both on the same plate, it becomes too heavy on the palette.

I agree and yet I don't. Let me explain. I remember the first time I ever made a risotto, I had made a roast beef the day before and was thinking what to do with the leftovers. Finely chopped onions, mushroom, small chinks of beef thrown in last minute to just warm through with the cheese. It was very good, excellent way to use leftovers but I would not put it on a menu at a fine dining establishment. It was rustic, quite filling and delicious but not fine dining.
