It's on pep again why didn't foden and savio start. And gundogan was so sloppy but it's what we do start slow lift the league in May

0 ball knowledge. Newcastle played an amazing game, it had nothing to do gundos misstakes (although I agree gundo didnt play his best and had a few misstakes throughout) Small margines that didnt go our way today. What we can pinpoint tho; is that «phone call» the ref recieved in the half time break. He was fair in the first half with both teams. Second half it was legit laughable decitions. Newcastle players kicking us down left right and center without recieving any cards. Joelinton feks. Should’ve been sent off with a red card several times. And the fact that gordon could be diving 6 times straight without recieving any cards for diving. They even got rewarded by a penalty for his pathetic dive.. and he kept on diving and rolling on the floor ever since that pen. 10000% paid referee that second half. Newcastle players played an amazing game tho and we marginally didnt hit our chanses today

@@matson95 I didn't say Newcastle were bad we missed a ton of chances in the first half and pep should have done his subs sooner instead of waiting with 10 min to go

@@thandekangangura5335 Ususally I agree with you that pep being wayy to late on subs. But to replace players that are creating chanses whilst just missing them by individual misstakes or so, I do not agree with. And today subs were not the issue. More so an amazing newcastle team in combination with a horrible referee letting newcastle play dirty for 90 minutes straight. Pressure was high, even Haaland had an off day. I personally would start Savinho feks every single game if I was in charge. But subs today were perfectly fine imo (Other than Savinho getting on way too late)

@@matson95 true I also think we should tone down on being a control based team and just attack because teams now know all they need to do is park the bus against us

Foden has to be in our midfield he has to. And I have to say Bernardo and Gundo have been shockingly average( I don't want to say bad I think that's a bit too much) I expected way more from them.

Perfect ManCity dropped points and Invincible Barca got a reality check next up Madrid darby worst case we would be 4 points behind the eventual Laliga winners 😅

Whats up with this Walker out agenda? 😂 are you watcing the game from highlights or wtf? Walker was overall one of the best performing players today. And he has been the last 3 games aswell. 0 ball knowledge

Pep poor lineup, poor sub timing, poor tactics and took too long to address - it set today’s team up to fail. Savio and Foden should have been playing at min starting in the beginning of 2nd. We had no pace on the wings. Jack played well but is slow which is fine, but it doesn’t make sense playing both slow winger Silva and Jack as it seems to work much better with 1 and 1. The midfield was very slow and lacked creativity. Again, mo Foden? What are we doing here?? Lewis has a lot of promise, but from what I’ve seen, I’d prefer him as RB and not midfield as he seems to gel well with Savio bombing forward (small sample set but I’d like to see more of it). Have nothing but respect for Walker, but he’s a liability now. Last season was unfair bc Pep had him playing as a WB when he clearly can’t do it well anymore and hence all conceded chances and goals on the counter. But this season, we’re not playing WBs and already Walker has been directly and indirectly responsible for 4 conceded goals (2 for the Arsenal game alone) including today not paying attention to position and playing Gordon on which turned into a penalty. Against our toughest competition, playing Walker is proving to be a major liability. It’s time for someone else to on those games.
