It just kind of shows to me that the way gordon ramsay perceives food is sort of unique I guess. He has a very werid but unique way of teaching how to cook something. I noticed he said "2 table spoons of cream" when it showed him using like 1 cup or something. I think it's his way of saying, don't listen to me, watch instead?

When Gordon was using cream for the pasta sheet and mushroom dish, he said "use 2 table spoons of cream" when it showed him using around 1 cup. I think that's his way of saying to us, don't listen to the words, instead watch what he's doing. He usually eyes everything anyway and doesn't use exact measurements. That to me, is a pretty valuable way to teach someone. After all, we learn a lot more by watching than we do by listening.
