When Gordon was using cream for the pasta sheet and mushroom dish, he said "use 2 table spoons of cream" when it showed him using around 1 cup. I think that's his way of saying to us, don't listen to the words, instead watch what he's doing. He usually eyes everything anyway and doesn't use exact measurements. That to me, is a pretty valuable way to teach someone. After all, we learn a lot more by watching than we do by listening.

I used this man's recipe for scrambled eggs since I thought: hell, it's the easiest "dish" i know so I might as well try to sexy it up and see how it comes out, and hot damn was it good! Can't wait to try these and I love how he stresses how cheap it is lol it's like he knows how shit 2020 has been for everyone

What kind of pasta is this crap?! Filled with all sorts of ingredients that truly disrespect italian culture. I'm italian and this is unhealthy bs, everything you did to that pasta is comparable to putiting pineapple on a pizza, like wtf where you thinking?!

Thanks Gordon you are a good mentor...my Turkey was delicious with your recipe for Thanksgiving. Your pasta is also a fascinating poem, food is poetic if we know how do deal with ingredients.
