Last night I had a dream that I was in a beginners cooking program with Gordon Ramsey. It was this quaint sort of cottage-esque place and we were cooking every single day for 4 hours. There were different groups that would go and cook with Gordon Ramsey and I think it was loosely based on age. I expected him to be mean, but he was actually pretty nice and treated me like his child. Very calm and relaxed. I was making chicken noodle soup and for some reason we had to put these weird “edible coins” in there because apparently they were Panchetta flavored, but instead of putting in 8 I put like 50. It’s like as soon as I got in the show there was this weird magic that made me really dumb?? Idk I kept making the most ridiculous mistakes. At the end of the day, we were on top of the hill where the “cottage” was located and we were all like “how long should you cook?” “Four hours a day!” And then the recording ended and I woke up to my mom making breakfast so yeah, interesting but anyways, I don’t know why I wrote this lol

I just smoked a few of the salmon i caught yesterday on my property near Port Angeles Washington. When I’m at my house in Malibu I dive for lobsters and go out fishing for yellow tail etc etc. I could eat fish everyday!
@donotneed22503 жыл бұрын
Yes. I'd rather watch videos, TV shows that show you how to do it, like this video does, instead of competitions. When I was growing up cooking was not a competition. We didn't try to see how fast we could put a meal on the table. We, my siblings and I, were taught how to cook it properly by our grandmother who cooked for a living. We didn't have "child safe" knives either but that was in the 1960's when "child safe" meant your child was taught how to use a sharp blade without cutting off a finger or two.

Works for me! You can also use that to cook chicken. I like to put it under the skin of the bird after I've butterflied it. Then add half a cup to a cup of Cabernet Sauvignon and a half cup of water to the pan. Baste every 20 minutes until bird is done and then use the juices, drippings to make a gravy or serve as is. The only complaint I've gotten was from my wife saying that there wasn't enough gravy.
