Vietnam is a really open country nowaday. For the fact, most of the people dont even have an idea about what racism means. we do hang out with white and black people all the time, but hanoi is a little bit more conservative than saigon, some old people still hold the grudge from the war but the new generations is really open.

same in vietnam, any seafood that appears dead in the water is not good enough, they need to be swimming and only killed when customer buy them. larger animals like pig, cow may last within a day, even some merchants offer fresh chicken and duck and kill them in front of customers eye

We have a large community of Vietnamese people here in the Czech Republic. In fact, based on data from last census, the 8th most common surname in the Czech Republic is Nguyen. The Vietnamese people are a huge benefit to the country and we are very happy and privileged to have them here. 🇨🇿❤️🇻🇳

As a Vietnamese, its great to see him appreciate Vietnam’s food and culture. It just elevates my level of respect for him. Ive already seen his whole documentary in Vietnam and its amazing. It makes me proud of my country’s food 🇻🇳❤️

The house where I grew up was a block away from Ben Thanh market. My mom used to take me to the market with her on weekend mornings when I didn't have school. I'm currently studying in the US and haven't visited home and my mom for 4 years now. This really hits home for me. Thank you Gordon!

Gordon Ramsey in Vietnam is so entertaining. He’s out of his comfort zone. Love it! I’ve been there before. One thing you got to learn real fast. Call the fish sauce Nuoc Mam, because it’s as well known as Pho to Vietnamese. Of course they do have other ones like Nuoc Cham.
