Cooking scallops isn't actually that hard, just sear both sides until their both nicely coloured. Cooking alot of scallops in a highly pressured environment however, is a different story

Jamie Oliver is the first person to admit he isn't as good as Gordon, he's a bloody good cook/line chef with a lot of knowledge who got lucky and developed a career from it. I'm guessing if things were different he might have ended up working for Gordon as a head chef for one of his restaurants. Gordon only ribs on him because Gordon is a very competitive person and Jamie is the competition with an empire that rivals his own.

Hello Chef Ramsay, ive been watching your videos and going trough your journeys for quite some time now and the thing i most admire is our energy to do all that stuff. Keep that up as long as you can!! Also i wonder, you often present mediteran aswell as indian and french dishes, but whats with the heavier eastern european dishes like germanys "sauerkraut" and similar. I think there are huge possibilities coming from that area which i would love to see the "Ramsay" twist on.
