Gore Magala gameplay | Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak (PC)

Had the opportunity to play the full game in advance thanks to Capcom providing an early copy and of course I had to record my first hunt of Gore Magala, one of my alltime favourite monsters.

Hammer got the long end of the stick in terms of sunbreak content. Every single new addition is top tier for the moveset. And courage is super strong now

Really? Can you help to convince me that the news moves are actually good? I've been a hammer main since Rise on switch, then double dipped and used it again on PC. But since the announcement of the new silkbinds I just switched to SA because Hammer moves are too much like HH and vice versa. (I don't mean this sarcastically, I really enjoyed hammer but got bummed out with the announcements)

@@GabrielFreirev I really like World's HH. People are complaining that it's slow because the playstyle they do with World HH is to separate attacks and the note register/recital-encore. They need to do both at the same time to be effective. Personally, for me, Worldborne's HH has the best HH personality in the franchise. The Song Bank and multi-recital was a great addition. Rise kinda lost HH's personality by swapping it with a more hammer-eccentric playstyle.

Can i ask if you are going to censor names and thumbnails for the monsters that were not shown in the trailes yet, for the first week or so? (final boss for example) Since everyone speedruns the whole story to post videos about them

I noticed it does sidesteps now between attacks probably to throw you off. They are probably keeping Gore Magala mostly the same and changes Shagaru Magala instead because back in the old gen it was just a Gore Magala in a permanent frenzy mode with random explosions in the field.

So knocking its horns out makes it trip ? Or was it due to the wirebug ? Gore is looking more restless than ever now, this should be interesting. I noticed its saliva is normal now when tired. It used to be tainted black due to the frenzy virus.

Dealing enough damage to Gore's head while in its frenzy state was always the way to shutting it down

Why is Courage suddenly Charging up so quickly? Is this a Sunbreak change? I didn't see any Focus in the Armor and yet it charges up so quickly but only in like follow up Attacks Edit: I checked in the Demo again and damn Hammer Courage was buffed a lot, didn't try it out before this video. The notice in the patch notes didn't do this justice like the charge speed is now higher than in base game with lvl 3 Focus...

Why the other monsters are not infected? Why he's not drooling virus-stained saliva? I am very disappointed ! I have the strange feeling that he lost his soul/identity in MH4U. It looks like Fan service kill this game, i mean we have very cool old monsters in the roster, yet it will overshadow the new monsters like Malzeno. And these old monsters are not even correctly portrayed (it's just Gore for now)
