On Necro? You like to have long, drawn-out fights, and your E already does aoe damage around you. The magic damage tics DEFINITELY add up over time, especially on squishier heroes; not only that, the evasion you get is helpful to keep you alive so you can regen, and the +damage is also a nice touch.

@@sunlight941 but you can get tank items so you stay longer in fights and your passive deals the radiance dmg like my build is heart sangekaya shiva lotus shroud and pipe or core and it makes necro an unstoppable tank. i think radiance is not worth the money way to expensive

Radiance make you farm faster so you can kill creepwaves faster and go to jungle camps. If you dont show much in lane is harder for the opposite team to kill you and they dont know when you will gank or enter into the fight . So you can just farm kinda safe/faster and go fight with ult on. This video show exactly what i told you. He got radiance at min 12 then tp to botlane with ult and got a quick kill on Primal then just slow burn "low hp" heroes. The problem is being weak in the early-mid game.
