Guys next to the minimap it says when the rosh will respawn. In my games sometimes i get this sometimes not anyone knows how this works?

In this case, it's because Qojqva's editor took the map+rosh timer from the in-game dota replay, rather than the twitch vod. The reason you sometimes get it in your games is that TA's facet is to show her team the rosh timer.
