Great appartment but a bit small

The word "gorgeous" may be an overstatement. With a full-sized fridge and washer/dryer, you wouldn't have to make extra trips up and down the many flights of stairs. The comment below about the skylights could be an issue in cold or hot weather, though all that light is a plus. Apparently sleeping space for up to three singles or three couples to share the rent.

that is the best apartment I have ever seen (although I didn't see the climb). only one thing troubles me, if the beautiful glass roof is only a single glazed beautiful glass roof it will be very cold in the winter time and so very expensive to keep warm. there is nothing more romantic than the design of the roofs of central Paris. Absolutely beautiful. For a writer benefitting during their lifetime, writing from the lifetime I have lived, it is absolutely perfect. LM p.s. I hope your companies are truly fulfilled with their mechanism and its ability to teach to empower the worst into a social structure (that is actually a creatively cathartic development into our biology), it reeks of lowlife scumbags trying to get a bite to eat at the others expense, for free.

Apparently, you have to walk out into the hall and into a bedroom to access a sink to wash hands after using the toilet. Not very hygienic. For this reason, I could Never rent a place like this.

I would not want that big white sofa. I'd rather have a couple of lighter easy to move around stressless-chairs.
