There's a couple courses. Lucero and Villa Escondido. But...not sure if you need to live in those communities.

The "developers" don't care if the houses sell. Their money has already been sufficiently laundered through the construction process. Panama is the capital of unsold, unoccupied houses and condos.

@@laptopseniors When Obama passed KYC it spawned a huge financial/legal industry here, I was in it. The ONLY way to get over $10K into a Panamanian bank without heavy reporting to a bevy of agencies is to have documentation as to it's provenance. Incorporate a construction biz and build an apartment building. Pay workers/materials in cash. Open a second business and have it buy an apartment for cash. Then your construction company takes the sales contract (provenance) to the bank along with the check from your second corporation. Or, build 100 unit building and do it 100 times. The lawyers love it, the banks love it and in Colombia it's considered a gift from God :)
