Isn't it amazing how craftsmen from so long ago had the skills and mindset to create such beautiful buildings that have lasted for hundreds of years. England certainly has a lot of wonderful architecture, from the smallest, quaint cottage to the most magnificent castles. You are so lucky to be able to go and enjoy them. My daughter attends Oxford University and is at New College which was actually built in 1379! You guys would love it as it is where alot of Harry Potter was filmed also and looks like a castle. My daughter has spent all day today studying in the bodleian library which makes her feel as if she goes to Hogwarts school!

Library and you both commented on that.😘 As Joerg said, "Oxford, murder mystery capital!" You might have thought you'd see Endeavour, Lewis or Morse any moment. Lovely vlog. Thanks for sharing. We watch Harry Potter every year in the Advent/Christmas period to😊. I took my boys to Oxford last summer and we did our own "Harry Potter" tour... it was SO BUSY we didn't get to go everywhere we wanted. But we saw quite a few places used in Harry Potter...including Christchurch college. My 11yr old son loved listening to it.. he listened to the kids and adult info at every stop!

Liebe Kirsten und Jörg! 🤩was eine wundervolle Reise in diese fantastische Gegend und Stadt! 🤩 Ich konnte wieder völlig eintauchen und schwǎrmen, bin hin und weg! Was hattet ihr für tolles Wetter 🌞und dieses cottage! Sehr charming! Schaue auch manchmal die Krimi Serie Lewis🤗so schöne Erinnerungen ☺️muss immer schmunzeln, da Jörg sehr gerne isst und genießt und ich das sehr gut nachvollziehen kann🤗☺️ (du, liebe Kirsten bist natürlich auch eine Genießerin!) der stroll durch das Dorf war auch traumhaft, ich konnte richtig gut dabei abschalten 🤗es ist so erstaunlich, die ganze Geschichte, die dahinter steckt!!
