Kintaro looks happy to play with Momotaro.

momotaro was born at Ueno zoo in Tokyo on jul.3,2000 and came to our zoo on Oct.18,2010.
He is beautiful and handsome ,the silverback of our troop.
He is a little timid,and scared of new things.
He sometimes shows lovely behaviors that melt our hearts.
He is making efforts to be a good dad for his two sons.
⭐️ゲンキ Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Genki was born at our zoo on Jun,24,1986.
After mating with several males without a pregnancy she found her perfect partner Momotaro.
Now she is a loving and caring mom for her two sons.
She sometimes behaves boldly,yet she can also be sensitive.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️ゲンタロウ Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at our zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
Everyone immediately agrees that he is a very adorable boy.
⭐️キンタロウ Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at our zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.
He love to play by himself,with his father.
He is still small, but smart and strong-willed.
His cute appearance and behavior attract everyone's interest.

Kintaro sometimes needs to be shown boundaries and respect. I guess when dad says no he means no. He played with him then called it quits, then dad stopped but Kintaro got a little too boisterous and copped a quick thump for his troubles. Very controlled of Momotaro, could only imagine what he could do if he was really in a rage. Kintaro looked like he knew he had been naughty when he went back over to his dad afterwards, looked very contrite. Momotaro knows what he is doing, he showed power and then control.

I was going to comment on cute Kintaro was trying to move his huge father but then Momotaro knocked Kintaro into next week. I guess he didn't find it as cute as I did. But he made up for it by sitting next to Genki and Kintaro as they took their nap. That was sweet.🦍

Mamãe Genki tem razão em monitorar Kintaro quando brinca com Momotaro, Kintaro não tem medo de Momotaro, mas como todo bebê até os gorilas pequenos são insistentes nas brincadeiras. Momotaro começa brincando com Kintaro, depois para de brincar e Kintaro insiste e Momotaro agride o bebê que sente a pancada fica tocando o lugar que deve estar dolorido e depois vai atrás do pai. Momotaro é temperamental e sem paciência, tudo tem que ser do jeito dele , senão ele ataca seja quem for. Genki conhece todos eles por isso patrulha sempre o bebê para que não seja machucado. Pobre Kintaro, por esse ataque ele não esperava. Mamãe Genki examina e consola o bebê dentro da caixa e Momotaro fica olhando e querendo que ela saia da caixa, mas ela nem liga e não sede a vez pra ele e Momotaro vai embora.

He is such a rascal! @2:23 He continues to bombard Papa Momotaro jabbing him continuously UNTIL he pulled papa's fur in the back of his head; Papa strikes out at young son Kintaro for not leaving him alone sending him straight back into the wooden bin! Momotaro is a good Dad, lovely to see him playing, but as with any excitable toddler Kintaro didn't want to stop. Momotaro taught him to respect others boundaries, it may have looked harsh but it really wasn't. Not that it troubled Kintaro for very long, he just has to have the last word 🤣🤣
