I love hearing the sounds she makes. She vocalizes her frustration and fears. She is so little. I hope her transition will be successful. The keepers have done so much hard work with her.

She's getting more boisterous and the funny little noises she makes melts the heart (alongside her clumsy stumbling).

Love to watch these videos again and again! I grew up in Kentucky about 2 hours from the Cincinnati Zoo and my family went several times a year and I have done the same with my daughters growing up. It’s always a good day when you’re at the Cincinnati Zoo, they’re the best!❤

Thank you Roxanne, this Julie bunach appears to be the end all, be all of gorilla care, gorilla introduction(literally adoption by a female gorilla) and the behavioral science of gorilla groups. Julie is the missing Leakey angel who must have spent thousands of hours with Dian Fossey studying them. She just needs to shut up, despite her right to express opinion because all she's doing is agitating and expressing such negative comments-but without any explanation. Coddling an infant?yea, real bad!

I am wondering how you would have handled this situation with the baby gorilla who's Mother did not want her and left her in the wood straw while others covered her with the straw? You seem to know what you are talking about so let us know..

People, this 'Julie bunach' who's quote are repeatedly blocked because of too many negative votes, is a know-it-all, Julie were you one of Leakey's Angels and we don't know?Do you know who Louis Leakey was? And do explain YOUR KNOWLEDGE and EDUCATION in gorilla psychology and behavioral science? Where did you study Julie? You accuse, you are the abuser-how about some credit because Cincinnati has learned thru YEARS,maybe thru some mistakes, even other's mistakes, but this is an excellent program!

When it takes a thousand humans to serve 1 animal!!! That's not odd at all these days...
