@@colbyjones7816 It's supposed to be Peanuts, another male gorilla. The scene depicts the incident when Peanuts copied her gestures (such as the hand of the forehead). Peanuts lived to old age, leading an all-male troop for years. Elderly Peanuts can be seen in the documentary "Among Mountain Gorillas" (1990).

@@johnh.mcsaxx3637 I thought all this time that this was supposed to be a recreation of Diane Fossey’s interaction with Digit the gorilla, which was video documented by National Geographic. If that’s Peanut, then where is Digit supposed to be in this scene? Because it was his troop until his untimely death by poachers. Also just FYI, I’m not trying to sound critical to your response, I’m legitimately curious to know.

In 1970, studying for her Ph.D. at Darwin College, University of Cambridge, she discovered she was pregnant and had an abortion, later commenting that "you can't be a cover girl for National Geographic magazine and be pregnant." She graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Zoology in 1976.[6][failed verification] Fossey had other relationships throughout the years and always had a love for children. She was disgusting! Loved every kid but her own. She did NOT value all life like she claimed! Hypocrite!
