apparently, the original title was "There" but because of the way Shaun Ryder sang "There" it sounds like "Dare" so thats what they went with. I use the term apparently as i do not know for certain.

Awesome Gorillaz song. As others have said, Shaun Ryder is the Happy Mondays' frontman but he was also in Black Grape, whose first album was great. And in terms of Damon Albarn, Blur have loads of great stuff - I think you'd like "Coffee & TV", which is actually mainly sung by guitarist Graham Coxon.

great band, had the luck of seing them twice here in Argentina. They're great live, althoug they don't come around here with all his music guests (like Beck, Robert Smith from The cure, etc), that's something that only happens in the US or EU tours. My favourite music video from them is Stylo, which features Bruce Willis interacting with the animation. Highly recommend it.

Clint Eastwood, Dare, Feel Good Inc., Fire Coming Of The Monkey's Head Those are some of my favorites from Gorillaz. I'd say Clint Eastwood was their first major hit but i guess that depends on the definition. I don't really keep track of the charts and stuff but Clint Eastwood was ALL over the radio, MTV and such, that's the way i learned about Gorillaz and Clint Eastwood is the song that made me a fan. Went out and bought their album shortly after.

Great reaction to a great song. Both this song and Fell Good Inc are on Demon Days. It’s an amazing album; somewhat versatile. It’s Damon Albarn’s best, complete work IMO. Nearly had warn out my first copy of it when it came out.
