Just expanding on Aruturleaorf's comment, but I think only the first few chapters of the book were released in that format, the whole book was never completed if you meant listening to the audiobook version. And Maisen, sorry, but I don't know as well. :/ I really want it as well, it's absurd how much it costs. Shame that it hasn't been reprinted with the new information from the 4 Book of characters that detail the 4 characters after Plastic Beach. This would have been a smart time to rerelease it with their huge comeback.
