In my opinion, choosing the transferables exercises 1-Zanetti Press 2-Assisted FL touch(Rows) 3-Military press 4-Inverted Cross Press(Inverted lateral raises) 5-Tricep extensions(for the impossible dip) 6-Lat pulldown(using for learn pull up/oap) 7-deadlift
