I like this - although I personally don't like knee walking. Nice, positive techniques that built up to Standing the then Weapons. Very enjoyable.

Koryu-Dai-San was a mandatory requirement for Shodan when I graded in 1982.

I left tomiki aikido as the Goshin Ho was becoming part of the syllabus. . I don't understand why it was added when it is just a mash up of the other 6 koryu kata? ???

The shodokan syllabus was different to the BAA Tomiki one.
