Hi, when the cam is in battery saving mode with the timer enabled does it still detect object's and take photo's and video's. Thanks

i'm guessing most of these are rebranded under many different names. I have the same cam, but it's a suntek. seen the exact cam going by several names. it really is a great cam for the price. very compact and light. surprisingly decent pics and videos. i'll probably get a couple more of these, as the price/value is just too good.

Nice review but for future reference, PIR does not stand for PERSON IN RANGE... It stands for PASSIVE INFRARED.

PIR is passive infrared. Never heard of 'person in range'.

My hunting buddy gave me the person in range moniker...guess he's either wrong or having a good laugh at my expense
