Love seeing the truth of that translation in Romans 6:17 Showing once again of our slavery to sin and impact on our hearts, God's healing in our obedience, moving us away from the things we were taught we're moral to God's standards and away from wrath, being handed over from sin, and that depraved state of being.

A very rich message, I got a lot out of it, makes me think of the book of James where he talks about how sin takes a hold of us and then ultimately death and how God will honour our path to this, much to contemplate

It confronted me to the point of making me wonder if I truly possess a renewed heart and a renewed mind, those that can only be received through faith for the righteousness of God.

John 14:6😊❤ Luke 1:17-25 "17And he(Zechariah😊❤) will go on before the Lord( Jesus😊1st❤ ) , in the spirit(😊❤) and power of Elijah(😊❤ ), to turn the hearts(❤❤ ❤❤❤❤❤) ) of the fathers to their children and disobedient to the wisdom(😊❤ ) of the righteous(😊❤ )- to make ready(😊❤) a people(❤ ) prepared for the Lord(Jesus😊1st❤)." 18 Zechariah asked the angel, " How can I be sure of this?
