I would like to sign up. Can you advise if you have song and preacher chord tutorials - or just theory exercises when having a membership. Is there someone available to provide information on what comes with paid membership?

I'm going to mention this as I did in another keyboard tutorial video. The skills, respect and the adoration from an audience that pianists and keyboardists receive come from the genres of Jazz and Classical piano. There is no genre for "Gospel piano." The genre of Gospel music is the realm of singers, choirs, praise singers, preachers and worship leaders. Learning advanced Gospel chords as a keyboardist is pointless unless you're a Gospel music producer, play in church or you play behind a Gospel singer. When I see videos about "Gospel piano and Gospel chords" I pass on them.
@ChrisCadenhead3 ай бұрын
This is hilariously closed minded lol … Actually, Jazz’s roots are the blues which has its roots in the spirituals that slaves would sing (this is where the “blues” scale comes from).

@@sebastianchristopher9461 Hey Sebastian, I’m not sure if you’ve seen any of our other videos but this channel is primarily for Gospel musicians who play in church, want to produce Gospel music, etc…..We never said that “Gospel piano” was a genre but it is most definitely a STYLE that musicians from all genres have a desire to learn….I have seen and played for audiences who love and appreciate the musicianship from Jazz, classical, Gospel, pop, blues, funk, etc…It’s completely fine if you have no interest in learning Gospel style piano but some of the biggest and most influential musicians/artists of our time came out of the black/Gospel church or were heavily influenced by it. Thanks for watching!
@sebastianchristopher94613 ай бұрын
You're close minded. You don't need to learn Gospel music to learn Jazz or Classical piano. Oscar Peterson was the greatest jazz pianist who ever lived. He didn't play Gospel piano. He studied classical piano and then transitioned to jazz piano. His father wouldn't let him play Jazz piano unless he studied classical music first.
@ChrisCadenhead3 ай бұрын
@@sebastianchristopher9461 I’ve traveled the world many times over playing piano/leyboards with the biggest names in music and I come from the gospel church yet have studied jazz and classical. You are entitled to your opinion, albeit close minded, but the audience at all of these shows adore the experience of the music because it moves them. … not because I only play genres of jazz and classical.
