Chuck basically manipulated Blair to sleep with Jack. He set up Jack to guilt trip Blair so that Blair would go to Jack on her own. That way Chuck gets back his hotel and Blair can't completely blame him as she went to Jack willingly. That was so low, even for Chuck.

jack created a scheme, and chuck and blair have been played. Then, jack took over the empire, and to get the hotel back, blair had to sleep with jack. so, chuck set blair up. and jack went to the store where blair was buying a dress (for whatever), and told that if she wants to help chuck keep the hotel, she needs to sleep with jack. she agreed, not knowing obviously that chuck and jack had a plan. So, she went up there to jack's room, and jack kissed her. Then, jack told blair about the plan, and when blair went home, chuck was awaiting for her, she slapped him and said "goodbye, chuck". PS hope this explains it
