Well done, Obinim! Thank you for standing firm in truth and not excusing disgraceful behaviour under the guise of "being human," as some other pastors do. Despite facing a similar mistake in the past, you didn’t stay silent or justify wrongdoing-you spoke out. That is the kind of accountability and maturity expected from leaders. If Ogyaba truly understood his role, the honourable and remorseful step would have been to step down as leader of his church for a while (but remain in the background) as well as take responsibility for his mistakes without defense. But in Africa, leadership is rarely relinquished, as stepping down is often seen as weakness rather than integrity. His disrespectful remarks about Diana Asamoa, addressing her with a category of people he clearly does not respect, reveal how little he values her. Ironically, he would be lucky to have a woman of her character as a wife, but from his prideful and petty behaviour, it’s clear-he seeks a yes-woman, not a partner of strength and integrity. Not every woman will lower her standards for a disrespectful, arrogant man. Some remain single simply because they refuse to settle; they have high moral standards. Diana Asamoah knows what it means to stand on truth and serve God sincerely. She won’t be silenced by careless words. God, in His patience, allows time for repentance, but don’t mistake His grace for approval. The fact that others have done wrong before you does not make it right. Show true remorse-be silent, bow your head in shame, and respect God instead of trying to defend the indefensible. Play with sin, and you will see the wrath of God. He is not mocked.

No one is judging you. Ogyaba knew what he was doing. It’s his Suban and covering up with church. The anointing on your head is still there but deal with your character. Read Galatians 5 and access yourself. Pastors should practice what they preach
