I would add a bit of rice vinegar or lemon and a lot of peanut butter to make peanut noodles. You could still add the tofu and green onions.

I started watching you years ago, and it inspired me to start eating more plant based, and with chopsticks! Now I even have my own beautiful bowl I eat out of with my chopsticks and I don’t know why but it just brings me so much joy. Also I am so grateful for you sharing your foods and recipes. Gochujang is one of my favorite foods now because of you! Thank you for all your delicious and comforting content 😊

Lovely! That sesame oil, such a nice toasty flavor. This looks very nice for a summer night when we don't want hot food.

*Awesome Rose - I am going to make this recipe soon. Although, for “Egggie yoke mix” I am going to split corn starch and chickpea flour.
@CheapLazyVegan7 ай бұрын
hope you like it!! :) ooo let me know how the chickpea flour turns out
@lzlzlz3476 ай бұрын
I'd be careful with chickpea flour and make sure its really cooked through. Raw chickpea flour tastes absolutely disguuuusting, lol. I learned that the hard way tasting my vegan omelette mixture before cooking😅

I’ve never had soft tofu before. Do you recommend the stuff in the fridge or is the shelf stable tofu good?
@CheapLazyVegan7 ай бұрын
I prefer the stuff in the fridge but either works!

Definitely going to make it. So easy!

Brilliant. Yeah that looks great and adding the Mary's Test Kitchen vegan egg yoke is cool. I'm a no oil and no sugar guy but I can use all the other ideas here. I live in Thailand where we have lots of dried seaweed... with no english ingredients lists. So I have to work on getting a dried seaweed I can eat. Thanks !! Cheers -

This looks compelling! It does not look like a lazy recipe to me, though, and I used to be annoyed by that in your videos, but I've since discovered that I have adhd. So a lazy recipe to me contains 3 incredients: a corbohydrate, a protein, and a vegetable (and whichever spice is necessary). With the yolk it became pretty complicated. But I love your idea at the end, about making the sauce once and keeping it in the fridge. That could turn it into a 3-4 incredient recipe: noodles, sauce, tofu, and green onions.

Guys if u r going to add the seaweed rmb not to add so much salt cos the seaweed itself has quite an amount of salt on it ! 😊
@CheapLazyVegan7 ай бұрын
yup you gotta be mindful of the salt haha
