Theres only 2 main differences between these and the 2017 1. The stitch on the outside above the swoosh 2. The black ribbon on the back its shorter. Both these minor details are in line with the og from 1997

Air max 1991 its a tough one to call,the air max BW was the flagship model for 1991 yet the 180 also released the same year although in 1991 it wasnt marketed as air max(nike kept the 180 as something in its own right) its only recently that it has been put in the same bracket with the air max lineage. For me though id always class 1991 as the year of the 180

the previous release was much better (2017?) if you look on the outside wall above the lateral red swoosh there is a stich/seam which wasnt on the previous version (that seam was only on the inside wall) was looking forward to cop as I beat to shit my last pair, most likely will skip this release, as much as I really wanted a pair
