I meet a guy off pof dateing site we had talk alot we got known each other for 4 weeks we got along fine he call me all time we talk he text me too . he ask to go on date with him we plan meet. I send text on pof he dident reply he got off pof date chat.i dident Waite for him talk to me i gone to Beach my sister today today i was going go on date the guy ghost me and he's acting very shady I haven't heard from him I know when he gets back at me he's going to have some lies and excuses but I'm going to tell him off and then I block him and keep moving on

I was ghosted recently and then he popped back up out of the blue. When he ghosted me IT KILLED ME EMOTIONALLY.... I went to counselor to figure out what was happening..... I figured out that I was upset because I was looking to that person for validation (make me feel good about myself) so while he was away and a lot of counseling I got stronger......... When he popped back up.... I was nice but I had no expectations and I didn’t respond with desperation. I was polite......The truth is we can’t know why another person acts the way the do, but we can only control ourselves. I am much stronger now so when he goes in and out (he has since ghosted me again) i am moving on......

I sort of ghosted a girl recently (in my mind i wasn't ghosting, i just didn't answer a single textmessage)... apparently i really hurt her but it wasn't my intention. I'm just an introverted guy and can go long stretches of time without communicating. Also I didn't really see her as a romantic prospect but as an acquaintance. Point being: sometimes the other person is oblivious to your high level of investment. Don't miss them again. If you can build the relationship together then good. Never be in one- sided relationships. As far as taking things slowly with you, that's NOT ghosting. You can stay with folk and still move slowly. But really ghosts need to continue traveling and you can stop hearing from them and seeing them.

Most of you people far over communicate in the first place, your so needy, that you have to be in constant contact or you think something is wrong with your relationships. You act as if people do not have emergencies, he’ll what if he had been injured was knocked out for a whole week. Most of you would just give up on someone! Being comatose for a week, getting out of the hospital, explaining what happened, and both you and your partner mutually making sure each other are okay is not ghosting and would not be considered as such by literally anyone. Also love is literally scientifically proven to fire off chemicals in your brain that create a feeling similar to addiction, so it's literally the proper response to always want to be around someone you love -- that is, if you actually love them in the first place and are not just lying to them or yourself for the sake of some ulterior goal. How 'bout _you_ get over _your_ self and actually *communicate* your current stance with one of the few people in your life who cares about you and who believes that you care about them and are committed to them because, at some point, you probably told them that you do and that you are! But you, sir, can go tf off if you want to.
