The first 10 seconds were a really clever way to introduce each character: -Jaime is named by someone else, as it is the world who calls him Kingslayer and claims to know who he really is. -Tyrion must name himself, for he is always struggling for recognition beyond “That dwarf who’s also a Lannister” Kind of plays on how both brothers have exactly opposite issues, and yet still struggle with it.

I think Jaime will tell Tyrion the truth about Tysha, telling him she really did love him and it wasn't staged, possibly leading to a reunion. With Jaime I think he'll help defeat the white walkers then head south to kill Cersei and himself as he said they have to die together as they were born together, dying in the arms of the woman he loves.

Yes and in my opinion those make the best tv shows just 2 brothers who love eachother and would do anything for the other thats why i think the originals and supernatural are 2 of the best shows cuz of the family bond between brothers sam and dean winchester from supernatural and klaus and elijah mikaelson from the originals

This video gave me perspective that now seems so obvious, I kick myself for not piecing it together: the day Jaime attacked Ned outside the brothel. Though Jaimes character was different in the beginning (ego/vanity/questionable moral compass) he still loved his brother. Though there were special circumstances surrounding the plot outside of the confrontation, he simply attacked Ned because he was pissed off that this asshole took his little brother.

@@PrinceJonSnow In the books, Robert Baratheon says straight out that if Jaime hadn't killed the king, one of them would've had to do it. But Ned clung to the oath of him being a Kingsguard and refused to ever see the bigger picture. Jaime was right when he told Brienne that Ned never cared why he did it.

Though there are only 3 Lannisters left, Cersei is the only one who wants to be like Tywin, uphold the Lannister values and carry on the family name. Really, she should be the last lion. Jaime and Tyrion on the other hand want to escape the Lannister name because it's like a prison to them. But if either Jaime or Tyrion survive GoT, maybe one of them can redeem it.

@@lshuberda Something that is made clear in the books is that Cersei wishes she was a man. She routinely fantasizes about inhabiting Jamie's body, harboring the belief that if she had been the male twin, she would have been a perfect heir for her father. Cersei has never loved Jamie. Cersei only loves herself. She uses sex to control Jamie and ultimately sabotage a life she feels should have been hers. After reading Cersei's POV, I almost feel sorry for her. She craves her father's approval and love, but is denied both. She and Tyrion are similar in this way. Their entire relationship is centered around trying to earn their father's love and approval, often at each other's expense. In truth she recognizes her father in both her brothers: The fierce warrior in Jamie and the cunning politician in Tyrion. Her father lives in her dedication to her family and her lust for power. These two traits will prove deadly to her children when her father is no longer alive to clean up after her poor imitation of him.
