Just stumbled across this turntable on Amazon and immediately came to KZbin for a review and unboxing, I was looking at a 300$ audio-technica, but now that I see this has the same features and is about 150$ cheaper and with the AT-3600L cartridge, it’s pretty much a no brainer at this point, that’s for the review, even though I found it 3 years after you posted it!

Hello any chance you can recommend what Bluetooth speakers this work with because it is not compatible with every Bluetooth speaker I try to and no luck last one was the JBL flip five followed the instructions, shut off all my Bluetooth devices, turned on turned off turned on all different ways and tried for two days no luck
@jekt3602 жыл бұрын
Not sure if you already figured it out or not, but for posterity. Set your speaker to pairing. For the flip 5, hold the bluetooth button for a few seconds, and it'll go into search mode. Turn on the turntable. If your speaker is in pairing mode, it should automatically connect. This works the same for bluetooth headsets, et all.

This is more noticeable towards the end of an LP. Has anybody noticed this and has a fix. If not, it will be going back
@jasminekalili14083 жыл бұрын
I am having the exact some problem and it is incredibly frustrating. At first I thought it was an issue with the crappy felt mat that was misshapen causing the record to wobble with each rotation, but changing the mat out didn't completely fix it. It seems like the closer the arm gets to the inside of the record, the more the wow is off and no one seems to have any solution. If you end up finding one, definitely give a shout and I'll make sure to do the same.
@kevinedgar12263 жыл бұрын
@@jasminekalili1408 yes, found a solution. I sent it back for a refund and bought an Audio Technica turntable (which has built in preamp) and a pair of active bookshelf speakers which, because they have a built in amplifier means you don't need a separate one. Has the same look but a much superior quality setup. Overall, it was about £70 or £80 more but money well spent. Still entry level, but it just looks, feels and sounds so much more quality. Hope you get yours sorted, I just think it is a motor problem with no cure but return and refund.

I replaced the stock ATN3600L stylus with ATN91R, exact same fit and style but in red color, all you have to do is to reduce the tracking force to 2g after swapping. Sound is apparently more open, dynamic and you can hear a bit more details as well. A $40 well spent and very easy process, if you don’t wanna mess around with the cartridge replacement and alignment afterwards, this is the way to go.

Just tighten up that counterweight. I know mine is on there pretty good to get it zeroed out and adding 2.5 mg about maxes it out. It's the most ironic thing I've ever seen. So, you buy vinyl because you like the sound of analog, you believe that analog is superior to digit or else why would you go through the expense and inconvenience of vinyl. And then you play it thru bluetooth speakers... which means that analog sound you love so much has been converted to digital for bluetooth transmission. Basically you've reduced your TT to a cumbersome and inconvenient digital player.
@GoTechGeek2 жыл бұрын
I listen to vinyl for a few reasons: 1. I want my kids to experience record players. 2. I have music on vinyl that I don't have electronically. 3. Listening to vinyl forces me to listen in a different way. No shuffle. I do NOT listen to vinyl for sound quality. While I agree that in theory analog is better, in practice it almost never is... pops, cracks, worn out records, sub-quality stylus etc. It is OK to listen to music for fun and not because you are trying to be an audiophile purist.
@toddlee25712 жыл бұрын
@@GoTechGeek I don't even own.a TT. Most of my listening is on my phone. I did own a TT and vinyl long ago. My daughter was mesmerized by it; the size, the artwork, the ritual of handling and storage. She's the vinylphile in the family now. She wants a player with bluetooth capabilities and I sternly dissuaded her. I see some of her friends handling their "vinyls" like dinner plates and I have to bite my tongue. Found this table at a thrift store. It was unused, but missing a few items. i was able to get the anti skate weight and power cord from a different source. Setting up was ok. getting the arm to "zero' was a bitch. It wanted to pull outward at zero weight and not float like my project table. I litterally had to guess at level and then add the stylus weight 3.0 to 3.5 grams. it was no where near at 3 grams on the dial. i used a stylus weight gauge, and found it was 1.5 grams off of the scale on the counter weight. So yea, Chinese made, musta had covid. Was surprised at the sound, not bad. It'sa nice lookin table for 159 to 200 bucks.
