For your allergies Levy: buy mattress encasements and sprinkle diamataceus earth on your carpeting and let it sit for 3-4 hours. Vacuum it up, your allergies will improve 70-80%. Oh, and make sure you use an old vacuum cleaner you don’t care much about. Or buy a new vacuum filter to have on standby. That diamataceus earth is like flour, it’ll clog up your vacuum filter. But yeah, mattress and box spring encasements. Dust mites are ever present and cannot be completely eradicated. But you can definitely improve the situation. Pollen is only a small part of the equation. Good luck 🍀👍🏻

Im not good at chess, im rated 700, stockfish usually rates me only as high as 1400 in game reviews. But I am very good at Rocket League, in the top 2 percent of all players. Yet there are *5 year olds* who can beat me into submission. It truly is humbling, yet absolutely exciting to see where these kids' future careers go.

If I'm feeling stuffed up and need something, I often find that hot tea with honey and lemon juice often helps clear my system quite well. Levy, first time caller, long time listener ;) Re: allergies, I had them all my life and was miserable. Went to an allergist a year ago and did a year worth of shots weekly that exposed my body to small doses of what I react to. I am 47 and allergy free now for the first time since my youth. YMMV, but try seeing an allergist and see if the shots can work for you.
